Matt Ferriolo, Founder / Trainer & Sales Manager - Matt Ferriolo has been a recruiter for more than 8 years. He began his career as an executive recruiter for AOC Executive search where he placed CFO's, Controllers, and Accounting professionals. He then spent about 3 years as Healthcare Recruiter, where he worked with per diem nurses and other healthcare professionals. He saw an opportunity to combine his experience and decided to found MedCentric in February of 2004. Matt Ferriolo graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. |

Joe Davis, Recruiting Manager - Joe Davis has been a healthcare recruiter for more than 3 years. During this time, he has developed relationships with clients at Fortune 100 Companies, and built a large and growing network. A long career as an independent trainer and coach helped Joe develop the interpersonal skills and business skills needed to be a strong recruiter. Joe was hired by MedCentric to be groomed as a healthcare recruiter so that he could help grow MedCentric into a nationally recognized company. Joe graduated from Lewis & Clark College in 1998 with a Bachelors of Arts in International Affairs. |

Joe Guerra, Healthcare Recruiter - Joe has been with MedCentric since January of 2007. In the previous 6 years before coming on board with the company, Joe owned and operated a personal training business, where he gained valuable tools for sales and business practices. Joe was born and raised in Chicago, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Butler University in 2000. |

Julie Caldwell , Healthcare Recruiter - Before joining MedCentric, she spent 2 years working for a nationally recognized sports performance training company as the business director at a facility located in Southern California. Daughter of a hospital CEO, Julie will use all of her healthcare resources and her knowledge of marketing and relationship building principles to grow the business. Julie graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. |

Kristy Fochesato, Healthcare Recruiter - Kristy Fochesato, Healthcare Recruiter- Kristy is the newest member of the MedCentric team. Before joining MedCentric, Kristy was a top producing sales representative for DHL. Kristy also has many years of experience in the event marketing and promotional arena where she traveled executing major campaigns for clients such General Motors, the PGA tour, and many others. Kristy combines her sales & marketing knowledge to build successful and lasting business and personal relationships. Kristy graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelors of Arts. |
