Refer a Colleague
Referral PolicyWe will pay you a referral fee for anyone you send to us who we collect a fee for. The amount of the referral fee is dependant upon the amount of the fee we collect. We will pay you 5% of our fee, up to a maximum of $1,000 dollars for any placement that we make of your colleague. Our average fee is $18,000, but this varies greatly depending on the position, salary, and our agreement with our client. Please note, a referral consists of your recommendation that we contact your colleague by filling out the form on this page. MedCentric will not pay a referral fee for a candidate who we are already in contact with about a position.
